Payment Terms
All payments for services rendered by Dynamic Digital Marketing are final and non-refundable. By purchasing any service, the client acknowledges and agrees that payment is due in full as invoiced and that no refunds or chargebacks will be permitted once the service is delivered or initiated.
Annual hosting fees are due in the first month of each calendar year and are non-refundable. Failure to remit payment on time may result in service suspension or termination.
All intellectual property, strategies, content, designs, and other deliverables created or provided by Dynamic Digital remain the exclusive property of the company unless a written release is provided and signed by an authorized representative of Dynamic Digital Marketing.
Clients agree to provide a 6 month written notice for any cancellation of services. Failure to do so will result in continued billing and potential collection actions.
Binding Agreement via Verbal Consent
The client acknowledges and agrees that verbal consent to engage services—whether by phone, voice message, or in-person discussion—constitutes a binding contract for services rendered by Dynamic Digital Marketing. Once verbal consent is given, the client is responsible for all associated service fees and terms outlined herein, regardless of whether a written agreement is signed. Verbal authorizations may be recorded or documented for verification purposes.
Collections and Legal Fees
In the event of non-payment or late payment, the client is fully responsible for all legal fees, court costs, and collection agency fees incurred by Dynamic Digital Marketing in the enforcement or recovery of payment.
Privacy Policy
Dynamic Digital Marketing is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect and use personal data strictly for business purposes, such as communicating with clients, processing payments, and delivering services. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
